GICG Inspection Services

Initial Production Check (IPC)
0-20 %

Initial Production Check (IPC) is an on-site product inspection which is conducted when 10% of goods have been produced. By checking quality during this initial production process (e.g machine setup, raw materials, packing materials), defects (if any) can be detected early.

An IPC is an essential element of supply chain management and is applicable to all products. It is an examination of components, materials and product quality that is conducted right at the start of production to foresee risks and prevent wastage of resources.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
20-40 %

During production inspection (DUPRO) is an on-site product inspection that is conducted when 20-40% of your production are completed and packed for shipping.

A DUPRO is an essential element of supply chain management. It keeps your production on the right track which is necessary as it allows any necessary production change to be addressed early, thus reducing the rework timeframe and ensuring that quality requirements and the planned return on investment of the project is met.

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
80-100 %

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) is a product inspection that is conducted when product production is at least 80% - 100% completed, packed, and ready to ship.

A PSI is an essential element of supply chain management. It ensures that products conform to specifications, and quality, assortment and safety requirements were met throughout the entire production process, before the products leave the factory.

Container Loading Check (CLC)
100 %

Container Loading Check (CLC) is the final step in supply chain management.

A CLC monitors the loading of goods and container inspection, thus reducing the risk of damage and product contamination during shipment. This important inspection process verifies that the goods delivered are compliant in all respects with your specifications.
