The annual Total Defence Awards 2024 took place on 10th October at the Raffles City Convention Centre, with Minister for Defence Dr. Ng Eng Hen as the Guest of Honour.
The TD Advocate Award is the highest accolade conferred on businesses, organisations and individuals in recognition of their exemplary support toward Total Defence.
At the Total Defence Awards Ceremony 2024, 144 Total Defence (TD) Advocate Awards were presented to 64 Small and Medium Enterprises, 26 Large Companies, 39 Organisations and 15 Individuals.

Before being awarded the Total Defence Advocate Award 2024, Guardian Independent Certification had already achieved the NS Mark (Gold) and NS Mark accreditation in 2023. This recognition highlighted our commitment to supporting National Service by implementing pro-NS policies and practices, as well as actively promoting NS support. We play an essential role in supporting Total Defence, helping our National Servicemen balance their family, work, and National Service commitments.
