Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"460\"><strong>Overall job objectives<br \/>\n<\/strong>Maintain laboratory Quality Management System in accordance with ISO\/IEC 17025<strong>Core responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain documentation of laboratory QMS, including master document list, equipment lists etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all laboratory equipment are maintained and calibrated according to schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external auditor and plan for annual external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and close Corrective\/Improvement Action Plans promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Plan internal audits for laboratory management system and all testing areas.<\/li>\n<li>Plan training schedules for all staff with the respective supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and conduct risk assessments with RA Team.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for biannual management reviews with updates on all components of QMS.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7Validate and document all incoming equipment and consumables.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain QA system on both cloud server and local server.<\/li>\n<li>Provide fortnightly reports to management team on status of ongoing tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Review processes and assist in continuous improvement of laboratory system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent time management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Keen eye for details.<\/li>\n<li>Assertive.<\/li>\n<li>Able to express ideas and procedures
