ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor Course

This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 (or the equivalent of), and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system.

The successful completion of this course will increase learners’ credibility, enable learners to conduct internal audits against ISO 22000, and satisfy the formal training requirements for individuals to become an Internal Auditor meeting ISO 22000 requirement.

  • Plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 and in accordance with ISO 19011.

  • A 16-hour virtual classroom course delivered over two days or
